Metallographic Image Analysis Software System

1. Rating
Through the camera system of metallographic microscope, the sample metallographic structure picture is captured and photographed, and enters the evaluation level interface:
（1）Automatic rating: there are quantitative standards in metallographic standards (such as calculation formula, percentage range, etc.), software automatic rating, give metallographic level, generate metallographic test report.
（2）Comparative rating: the software can also be compared according to the sample map and the map in the library, artificially determine the level.
2、Geometric measurements
The software provides a variety of measuring tools, such as distance, rectangle, circle, polygon, broken line length, angle, straight line angle, arc, point to center measurement and so on, to meet the basic geometric measurement function of the user and obtain the relevant measurement data.
（1）Data export: measured data, can generate a special picture and text measurement report, can also be directly imported into the EXCEL.
（2）Save image: the measured data can realize the automatic fusion with the picture, and show the accuracy of the measuring position intuitively.
3、View the gallery
The software provides the function of viewing the library and provides the latest national standard level library for users.
4、Fixed print
The software provides the function of constant printing, and the user can realize the fixed printing of the picture according to the actual printing multiple requirement.
5、Image stitching
For the customers who need to detect the larger field of view, the software provides the function of image splicing to realize the demand of larger field of view image shooting, and solves the embarrassment of unable to take pictures caused by the insufficient field of view of microscope.
6、Professional functions
Provides the specialized function custom window for the customer, may customize the related function module according to the customer's demand: such as the image confocal, the 3D light map, the image database, the image contrast.
